Citizenship Program
El Concilio is Ventura County's leading provider of citizenship services, helping lawful permanent residents take the final step toward becoming United States citizens. As a DOJ Office of Legal Access Programs recognized organization, we have supported citizenship and naturalization efforts for nearly four decades.
Our Citizenship Program combines civics education, application assistance, and legal support to help participants successfully complete the naturalization process. Through these services, individuals gain the knowledge, confidence, and resources needed to fully participate in civic life and strengthen their connection to their communities.
